Ojectives: establish connection between basic and clinical aspects of infectious Diseases, in order to facilitate solving our medical problems at regional and national level.Capability:
1) Research at traditional and molecular aspects of medical microbiology.
2) Administration of thesis for MSc and PhD students of basic sciences, and medical students, residents and fellows.
3) Training and educating of all students in medical and basic sciences.
4) Establishment of new technology in microbiology such as PCR- ELISA, Bactec system and Real- Time PCR and adaptation of these systems for routine clinical applications.
