Office of Coordination of SUMS Research Centers The purposes of this office are to: - Develop and apply human knowledge in the pertinent fields of science.
- Carry out basic, epidemiologic and clinical research to improve the country's health and treatment services system in order to meet the needs of the Muslim community.
- Compile, systemize and categorize research articles and pertinent documents.
- Research staff improvement and enhancement.
- Encourage research activities and support researchers’ employment.
- Make efforts to attract the attention and cooperation of research and pertinent administrative centers within the country.
- Support scientific collaboration with research and educational centers in other countries and international organizations regarding compliance with the guidelines of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
